Withdrawal from the purchase contract within the statutory period of 14 days.

We provide customers with a statutory refund period under applicable legislation. If the goods purchased on https://perfectair.cz/ do not suit you, you can return it without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Money will be credited to your bank account no later than 30 days after withdrawal from the contract.

RETURN POLICY
The goods must be without any signs of use and wear, undamaged, clean with complete accessories and manuals and, if possible, in the original packaging.

If the delivery, for which the customer claims refund within 14 days, included gift for free or at a discounted price, the buyer is obliged to return this promo gift as well.

According to the Civil Code the refunded amount of money for returned goods may be reduced by costs associated with returning the goods to its original state. These costs can be reduced or completely eliminated by the buyer in the case of careful handling of the goods.

HOW TO PROCEED?
Send a letter (preferably by e-mail) with the text: I wish to withdraw from the contract number XXXX, dated DD.MM.RRRR and I request refund of the amount paid for the goods in the amount of XXXXXX to bank account no. XXXXXXXX/XXXX. In the letter, indicate the date and your signature. Also, you can use any other text from which it will be clear that you wish to withdraw from the contract within the statutory 14-day period.

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the e-shop operator returns all the money including shipping costs in the same way it was received, without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days of withrawal from the contract.
